The guy working in the Whole Foods produce section gave Riley an apple to eat while we were shopping. Riley was certain that he had no authority to do this and we would be immediately and severely punished for stealing the apple, so she proceeded to hide the apple, take a lot of trying-to-be-discreet bites, and generally act completely paranoid for the rest of the time we were shopping.
