I don’t really know what is happening here but the picture makes me laugh!
Riley brought her teacher, Mrs. Kane, some of her favorite candy (Milk Duds).
Riley and I took a walk around the block today and she was very excited about all the rhododendrons we passed.
Riley was the only kid in her dance class all year and she stuck with it. We were so excited and proud to watch her dance her solo recital this afternoon.
We got a pile of woodchips that made the old, bigger swing unworkable for now. Luckily, we had a zipline seat sitting in the shed, so we improvised!
Apparently Sidney and Riley made a plan to wake up at 6am this morning to come swing. Every break from school was spent swinging from the woodchip pile. It has been a good day.
But then we let it go.
Riley’s soccer coach has perhaps the most adorable puppy in the world.
Soccer water relay where most of the water ended up on the players, of course.
