This hike had everything – sticks to carry, tree trunks to sit on, a random model train set up in the woods, and a hawk that let us get close enough to photograph. (Including a very weird shot of him flying away that sort of looks like a bat? Or a flying monkey??)

But we had a nice couple of days out!
